Where Internal Vitality Meets Physical Performance.

A Partnership Rooted in Your Long-Term Resilience.

Dr. Jen Clemons focuses on your internal environment—optimizing your chemistry, hormones, and cellular health. Dragon Physical Therapy completes that circle by optimizing your external environment: how your body moves, loads, and recovers.

If you are navigating chronic pain or a nagging orthopedic injury, you know that "just resting" rarely solves the root issue. You need a movement strategy that is as sophisticated and personalized as your naturopathic care.

Why Dr. Jen Partners with Dr. Ashley Mak, DPT

Most physical therapy is reactive. At Dragon PT, we are proactive. We specialize in two distinct areas that complement Dr. Jen’s holistic approach:

  • Complex Orthopedics: Solving the "mystery" aches in the back, hips, and shoulders that haven't responded to traditional rest or stretching.

  • Chronic Pain Resolution: Moving beyond the symptom to identify the mechanical "leaks" that keep your nervous system in a state of high alert.

Integrative Movement Check

Exclusive for Patients of Dr. Jen Clemons

We don't just look at where it hurts. We look at how you move. This 30-minute clinical assessment is designed to bridge the gap between your health goals and your physical reality.

What we uncover in your Audit:

  • The Root Mechanical Cause: Why is this joint being overloaded in the first place?

  • The Fragility Gap: Identifying where your body is "guarded" or compensated.

  • Your Path to Resilience: A clear, actionable roadmap to get you back to hiking, training, or playing—without the fear of a "flare-up."

Your $0 Consultation (A $250 Value)

As a patient of Dr. Jen, your initial Integrative Movement Audit is complimentary. We believe that when your internal health and structural mechanics are aligned, there is no limit to your vitality.

Proof of Performance

“I have been working with Ashley at Dragon Physical Therapy for over 8 years. When I first starting working with him I was suffering from knee pain and feared that I would end up with surgery from a torn meniscus. In addition I was suffering from lower back pain as a result of bad training in how to use a kettle ball. Between the 2 issues, I was at the point of being afraid of working out. Ashley showed me that there is a 'right' way to exercise that does not cause pain and strengthens weak muscles. Over the years my knee has grown stronger and I no longer worry about being forced to have surgery. Anytime I have problems trying a new type of stretch or exercise, Ashley makes adjustments to ensure I can continue. I started out working with Ashley in person but as we both moved across country, we have been working remotely using Video meetings. This method has worked very well and his flexibility due to my crossing multiple time zones has been really appreciated. I highly recommend working with Ashley if you have the chance, you won't regret it!”

“I can't recommend Ashley and Dragon Physical Therapy enough. After years of dealing with various injuries, I’ve worked with many different PTs, but I never felt like they 'got' the demands of BJJ. Ashley’s program was incredibly focused and efficient. We addressed my shoulder, back, and finger issues in only 3 sessions. I’m now back to training at full capacity without restrictions. The focus on movement quality was exactly what I needed to stay healthy on the mats.”

“I’ve (47M) been training BJJ for 4 years, and when I separated my AC joint, I was sure I’d be off the mats for months. Most PTs just tell you to stop training, but Ashley at Dragon Physical Therapy took a different approach. He worked with me to find ways to keep moving and training safely while we rehabbed the injury. I was back to full training in just two visits. His knowledge of sports injuries and his willingness to actually help you stay active is rare. If you’re an athlete, this is the only place to go.”
