The Anti-Fragile Audit: A Private Invitation from Cian

Don’t let a tweak stop your momentum. Engineered for Cian’s clients.

The Partnership: Why Cian and Dr. Ashley Mak?

Cian is the architect of your fitness. He builds the engine, the strength, and the habit. My role as a Doctor of Physical Therapy is to be your Mechanical Pit Crew.

Most people stop "getting in shape" not because they lose motivation, but because their body "red-lines." A nagging shoulder or a stiff lower back turns into a week off, which turns into a month off.

The Anti-Fragile Audit is a 30-minute diagnostic designed to find those mechanical "Energy Leaks" before they turn into injuries, so you can keep training with Cian without hitting the brakes.

What We Identify in Your Audit:

We don't just look at "where it hurts." We look at how you move under the loads Cian is giving you:

  • The Squat (Foundation Test): Are your joints absorbing the weight, or are your ligaments?

  • The Hinge (Integrity Test): Is your spine stable enough to handle the heavy lifts?

  • The Pushup (Integration Test): Is your upper body "leaking" power that should be going into your chest and shoulders?

The Integrated Care Promise

My #1 goal is to keep you in the gym. Unlike traditional physical therapy that tells you to "rest for six weeks," my protocol is designed to keep you training. I work directly with Cian to "clear" you for specific movements, ensuring that your PT supports your fitness goals, rather than stalling them.

Proof of Performance

“I have been working with Ashley at Dragon Physical Therapy for over 8 years. When I first starting working with him I was suffering from knee pain and feared that I would end up with surgery from a torn meniscus. In addition I was suffering from lower back pain as a result of bad training in how to use a kettle ball. Between the 2 issues, I was at the point of being afraid of working out. Ashley showed me that there is a 'right' way to exercise that does not cause pain and strengthens weak muscles. Over the years my knee has grown stronger and I no longer worry about being forced to have surgery. Anytime I have problems trying a new type of stretch or exercise, Ashley makes adjustments to ensure I can continue. I started out working with Ashley in person but as we both moved across country, we have been working remotely using Video meetings. This method has worked very well and his flexibility due to my crossing multiple time zones has been really appreciated. I highly recommend working with Ashley if you have the chance, you won't regret it!”

“I can't recommend Ashley and Dragon Physical Therapy enough. After years of dealing with various injuries, I’ve worked with many different PTs, but I never felt like they 'got' the demands of BJJ. Ashley’s program was incredibly focused and efficient. We addressed my shoulder, back, and finger issues in only 3 sessions. I’m now back to training at full capacity without restrictions. The focus on movement quality was exactly what I needed to stay healthy on the mats.”

“I’ve (47M) been training BJJ for 4 years, and when I separated my AC joint, I was sure I’d be off the mats for months. Most PTs just tell you to stop training, but Ashley at Dragon Physical Therapy took a different approach. He worked with me to find ways to keep moving and training safely while we rehabbed the injury. I was back to full training in just two visits. His knowledge of sports injuries and his willingness to actually help you stay active is rare. If you’re an athlete, this is the only place to go.”
